I’ve known Arri since 2012. The context was tough - the Unilever business I was in had been underperforming for a few years and the new MT had been appointed to bring renewed energy to the organization. I have experienced a lot of the learnings that Arri addresses first-hand by implementing the theories / frameworks in the practice of this MT. Looking back, I believe these were fundamental to the business turnaround we managed to achieve as well as in people’s energy.
